Although the video is objective, Digital Foundry's comparison crowns Gran Turismo 7 as the winner. Forza Motorsport boasts ray-traced reflections, but GT7 is more polished overall, with superior car models and more accurate circuits. As Digital Foundry notes, Polyphony Digitalâs passion for cars is reflected throughout GT7âs slick presentation.
If you think FH4 was perfect, there is no reason you wouldn't love FH5. its not just the woke stuff it just doesnt have much more content than the last 4 games in the series. FH4 works. Larger and better map, with better feeling and more vehicles. UI is so much better for me.
The setting is a big factor in Horizon games. 4's based in Britain, and has snow during the winter season. 5's based in Mexico, lacks snow, but has more varied terrain in general with stuff like sand dunes, jungles, badlands, etc. 4's got a ranked online mode, if you think that's something you'd like. 5's probably a lot more "casual" in general

I know many have issues with FH5 (I had my share of those issues as well), but when things are working, this is how they stack against each others.
Forza Horizon 4? Or Forza Horizon 5? I've been feeling like picking up a racing game recently. And given that Gran Turismo 7 ischallenged on many fronts, I've turned my eye toward the Forza series a bit. Both FH4 and FH5 are available on Steam, and both games appear to have released just last year (March 9 and November 8, respectively).

The biggest difference is in the city/towns. In FH4 the buildings in an area all look the same with the same textures reused a lot. In FH5 the town/village areas are a lot more lively. Maybe it's the bright colours in Mexico but I think it's more that that; more detail and variety among the buildings.
